The word says “Before I formed you in the womb I knew thee, before you were born I sanctified you, and I ordained you…”

God will Make you, Much Like a Potter makes clay

God Will Make you, Much Like A Potter Makes Clay

Let’s stop to think about that for a moment. This means that you are not just someone meandering about in this life but you have purpose!
All things work together for those who love him. We must understand that the divine architect is cutting away at the mold that is your life in order to for a more stable and happy you!

T.D. Jakes once said in a sermon once that; “your history has implications about your destiny” We believe that the words he said is a prophetic word. If you look around you over time you can find glimpses of greatness that God is preparing you for. This is just one reason why we should never give up never suffer ourselves to be eaten up by the inconveniences that life might throw at us. May we be still, and be “like a tree planted by the rivers of water…”!

Sometimes we lay our heads down at night and begin to worry and wonder “how might my life have been different if I would have not dumped that person or if I would have just listened to a certain advice” or sometimes we may complain and say if that certain “someone would have just given me a shot at that job then I would be better financially”. But have we ever stopped to think that we were placed in the predicament in order to test and prepare us for the glory of God that is to come? Have we ever thought about the fact that when trouble arises he is always there, for he, the Lord has stood the test of time and no matter what the situation he been there and conquered that!

I submit to you that the lord knew every decision you would make, he knew you would be where you are right now. But he is just waiting on you to take hold of this current trouble and make a decision on where you stand in his word! Will we stand on his promise and exercise faith or will we fold our tents when adversity looms over the distance? What is the position of your attitude, how are you seeing your present situation, are you looking at the glass half empty of half full?

I submit again to you; that in the times of decision great men and women are forged! Not just brought about by happenstance nor did they stumble upon it. Rather forged as a blacksmith makes beautiful ornaments out of steel that had no form before his tools. Such are the children of men in the hands of God! We are like that piece of metal without shape, without the discipline necessary to become the beautiful iteration that it was and is destined to be. Now here is where we have to become very protective of our pre-ordained destiny. For when the enemy see’s that you now have a clear understanding about who you are, in line and what you need to do in order to reach the heights of God’s blessings for you(which are limitless) he begins to throw everything at you including, but not limited to, the proverbial kitchen sink! But great is the glory of God and great are his mercies because God already knows whats going to happen and he is with you always!

Some of us refuse to just be still and allow the lord to make us into what he will, we often forget that he is the divine orchestrator of creation, he is the omniscient sage of time who’s knowledge is limitless. So I implore everyone who takes the time out to read this let us trust in his word, and lay our burdens on him, believe me when I say this; he is strong enough to bear them all. When we have allowed our burdens to get so heavy that we are about to give up and fold our tents remember “before you came forth out of the womb I knew you, before you were born I sanctified you, and I ordained you…” We would do so much better in life if we just began to live up to these things that God has already worked out for us, it is already done we must now speak it into existence and exercise our FAITH!

Thank you for reading, God Bless
